Our ask
Planner Curator
Guide the flow and craft the experience. Planner curators orchestrate every detail, ensuring that each gathering feels seamless, elevated, and effortless for guests and fellow curators alike.
Design Details: Overall event timeline, vendor coordination, activity scheduling, floor plan layouts, guest flow, and on-site execution.
Turnaround Time: Planning deliverables and timelines finalized at least 2–4 weeks prior to the event; on-site coordination during the event to ensure flawless execution. (Time may vary depending on the event.)
