By registering for this event, you understand and agree that the organizers cannot be held responsible for any personal injury, illness, loss, damage, or expenses related to your participation, including travel, lodging, or other costs. Should the event be canceled or rescheduled, the organizers’ responsibility is limited exclusively to refunding the registration fee.
